Training is an action that many different players are sure to do at one point in time. While worth noting that using the right Pokémon in the right dungeon can make training very easy, it is also recommended to have any of the below experience-boosting items for a greater effect. Although training alone is entirely possible, many players agree that the progress is better when done in parties (more than one player). There are different preferred locations preferred by different players, their team, or experience.

Items

There are certain items that can be used to make training progress at a faster rate than normal.

  • Beginner Band can be bought at Kecleon Shop for 55 poke. This item gives a +3% experience boost to the holder, and also gives the holder +5 to all stats (+10 if another team member is holding Beginner Badge).
  • Wonder Chest can be found in Tanren Chambers at any floor 99 ending. This item gives a +15% experience boost to the holder.
  • Miracle Chest can be found in Sky Fortress at floor 99 Garden path ending. This item gives a +25% experience boost to the holder.
  • Cheer Rock is a family item that Plusle uses. It gives all Plusle in the team a +10% experience boost if the item is in the bag.
  • Volt Heart is a family item that Minun uses. It gives all Minun in the team a +10% experience boost if the item is in the bag.
  • Evolve Charm is a family item that Eevee uses. It gives all Eevee and its evolutions a +10% experience boost if the item is in the bag.
  • Honey is an item that spawns more Pokémon with its use. Honey are one time items and disappears after the first use. They usually spawn 4-5 Pokémon randomly on the floor.
  • Summon Trap is an item that can be found in Tanren Chambers and spawns 4-5 more Pokémon on the floor when an enemy Pokémon steps on it.

List of Dungeons

Below is a list of dungeons and the experience that a player gets in one run without the use of any exp boosting item or supplements. The experience is based on running through the dungeon defeating every Pokémon on the floor once without waiting for more to respawn.
